Danskin Women's Triathlon - Crowd Level

I just noticed this is scheduled for the 2nd weekend I'm there next month. Anyone have any experience with this event and how it affects the crowds?

I'm pretty sure this was the race that was on last May when I was there. The only time we noticed anything was the morning at MK when the runners ran thru the park into the area where we were waiting to get in. Other than that, didn't affect us. Crowds were fairly low.

Danskin has told the people taking part in the Tri that we need to be out of MK before it opens and we need to have our transition areas picked up shortly after that. So I would think you might notice some crowd differance right outside of MK right when it is opening, but then the racers will go back and shower and stuff and then go out to the parks....personally I am planning on Disney/MGM studios the day of the race. Plus from what I understand the Danskin race isn't that big of a race.....so I wouldn't worry about the crowds.
