Ya know what? Like I said...I cut ALL sodas and sweet tea (you begin drinking this in your bottle in the South!) It's been 2 months and I've lost about 10-12 pounds from that and that alone. I'm still eating my ice cream, fried foods, etc. I need to cut that junk out too.
The reason I suddenly cut them was due to a trip to the Dr. (Had to get a cortizone shot in my arm...) Well, they weigh you. When I saw my weight I freaked! I had a big ole glass of sweet tea on the way to the Dr sitting in the car that day but when I came back out I never touched the sweet stuff again! I realize how bad all that sugar was for me. I'll never touch it agaiin! And keep in mind DH still has four gallons of the stuff in the fridge at all times! Still, no desire. You can do anything you set your mind to! All I have to do now is set my mind to EAT healthier and to exercise! Then slowly but surely I'll get back to a size I like. I'm happy with myself now but I think I could be much healthier. Does that make sense? That's the most important thing. Self Appreciation. If you can appreciate yourself the way you are now you can easily mold yourself into what you want to become.
