Great update! Too bad heath didn't ride TOT. I bribed Kaylee into riding Splash again, told her she could get her face painted if she tries it once more. She hates that drop at the end. I have a feeling she will do what Heath did and decide it's not worth it. So cute that Javen picked out a ring for you .

Let me echo everyone else and say how SWEET Javen is to get you a ring. Awww...
I was kind of like Heath when I was young, I was really scared of thrill rides. It amazes me now to go on Rock N Rollercoaster or TOT and see kids in line who look about six years old....I was never so brave!

Love the updates! I did the bribe trick with my daughter Samantha last year - she was scared of everything for the longest time - even Pirates! I told her a $$ amount I'd pay her for trying each ride. But, it didn't work. I guess she just wasn't ready. Then, last October she decided she was ready to try Splash Mountain and loved it! Now she's been on everything except Space Mountain and has turned in to a thrill ride junkie like her mama!

Very sweet of Javen to get that ring for you - it is very pretty!

You could have gotten a child switch pass and avoided any line at all. Your Fantasmic pics are awesome. Looks like ya'll had some pretty good seats too! What was your favorite thing at DHS?

Heath is 8 and scared of this stuff....Joy is 32 and she won't ride most of the thrill rides with me! He'll probably grow out of it though. Give him some time.

Tell Heath it's okay! when we all go down together one day, I can sit with him while everyone else rides ToT!! I freak out and just can't ride it. The funny thing is, I have ridden it before like 5 times!! But, on our honeymoon, I had a panic attack while waiting in line and haven't ridden it since!

I was scared taht I would have a panic attack on one of the rides BUt Suprisingly I didnt! I hate having panic attacks- very scary!
I think Heath will want to get on it again when he gets older.

That's so nice of him. He even knew what size you wear Unless daddy helped him on that one. I hate it so much when we have to wait SO long for buses at the end of the night. And then it seems like every other hotel bus is coming except the one your staying at.

I think it was just a lucky guess on the size. DH is not that good. LOL

we were very shocked this year that the pop buses were great .. we waited no more then 10 mins for a bus the whole trip....

That is so sweet that Javen bought you a diamond ring! it looks pretty on you too! Why didnt you do TOT after the boys got off? I had the same problem with Annie and bathrooms,,always at the wrong time!!
Do you think maybe Heath was afraid to go into the show because of the darkness?

I thought about the swap thing after we had already went back down..I was just frustrated and wanted out of there. We have never used swap so I wasnt sure how to do it anyway.

Heath sounds like my oldest, Dylan. He is a lot more leary of rides then his younger brother Blake...weird.

Javen is alot more like his Dad..Very Daring and has a GREAT personality. heath is more like me, a little laid back and kinda shy. Totally different kids!

It is a very pretty ring..I love it.
I didnt ask what the hold up was...I just went to the back of the bus and let my kids fall asleep.

Hmmm, my favoritr thing at HS...I love all of it..I really do, almost as much as MK...I guess Id have to say...fantasmic...that tops'em all!

The kids and I slept in a little this morning...didnt have a wake up call or anything!!
Dane is always up early so he went down and got some pics of the lodge for me, I kept telling him during the week that I wanted lots of pics of the lodge- I have I told you guys that I LOVE IT THERE! LOL
So he took these pics while we slept....

The boys and I got up about 9AM, took showers and ate breakkfast in the room, then we heaed for the boat dock to go to MK.. I snapped these on teh way down

We get to Mk and the place was dead!!! I couldnt belive it...I thought for sure that we would have big crowds because we were so late getting there but nope...It was GREAT! We immedatly went to ride POTC, dumbo, carpets, and many more with little wait. Here are the boys

We discussed going into enchanted tiki room and riding the jungle cruise, but we opted to skip those cause we did them last year and they wernt that great.

So we headed towards adventure land...There we walked onto splash and BTMRR- it was soo noce to not have to wait in line, and not have to run to grab FP's.

While getting on Splash I heard some people shouting, and I looked over the people getting off and Alicia AND Alicia (both from the DIS) were up screaming " hey Farrah"!! I had no time to talk cause the CMs were telling them to sit down and us to get in. LOL
So after we got out of splash Alicia AKA aksunshine called and said "hey where RU guys? we are waiting for you down here in the play area". So we hurried down to see them..we introduced our husbands and kids, then chatted about what are plans were for the day and snapped a picture..

I love running into Disers! It was such fun catching up with them!
Javen had a reservation at BBB at 1PM so we had to say our goodbyes and headed over to toontown via train so we could ride barnstormer real quick before Javens reservation.

and went into the gift shop right across from there, where we found a friend!!! Check out this lil guy ( or girl)

This thing was bloody HUGE I tell ya!!

Dane took it up to the counter and freaked the check out girl out with it- then he nicley took the shirt outside and got rid of the moth so no one else would get freaked out by it. We returned the shirt..made some purchases and took a pic of the kids

It was now time for javen BBB appointment, so we get there, get checked in and there all little girls EVERYWHERE and javens starts to freak out...HE said " Mom, I realllllllly dont want to be in here". SO i asked the lady if it would be okay if we just cancel it. she said there would not be any problem with that. THING IS...tanyas DD was going to be there to have her hair done at the same time so we waited a few but never saw her, so the boys were ready to go ride.....we went streight for philharmagic..Its one of our favs!

after that Tanya called and said tehy were at BBB and wondered where we were, I told her abut javen not wanting to stay in there and she understood. So we went to Pinnachios (sp) for lunch. Javen and I grabbed a table upstairs and waited for Heath and Dane to return with our food. I was quite impressed with this CS...I LOVE the pizza there. It was soo good. The salad was also very good!

After this we decided to head back to the lodge for a small break BUT on the way I wante dto stop in and see Tanyas DD at BBB, i didnt take pics of her cause I thought that might be weird, but I got one on the inside of BBB, just so I would remember what it looked like

It was soooo girlie and sooo nice, if I ever have a girl she is FOR SURE going there! LOL
We stopped on the way out so the boys could potty and I snapped these

We got on the boat and headed to WL...dane had to call and see how the house sitter was doing, and make sure our doggies were okay...

Love Dane's shirt! I love that self portrait of you and Javen. Too bad he didn't want to do BBB, but it is quite intimidating being in a room full of girls and you're the only boy. I know my son, when he was that age, wouldn't have wanted to do it either. I'm thinking of making an appointment for the barber shop at MK though for DH and DS for our next trip. I think it would be fun.
I've never been at MK when the park looks so empty. Even when we do rope drops. I would love to just resort hop, but I know my family would kill me. I just want to see the different lobbies and come home with great photos.

I want to try Pinnochio's now. I have heard you can see part of IASW. I don't blame Javen for canceling his reservation. Y'all sure had a nice day with all walk-ons. I can't believe how much main street has changed just since Aug 16th - all the orange!

To answer your earlier question, you didn't miss much at Sounds Dangerous. Really. I just didn't want to spoil my TR, but it will be quite awhile before we get there.
