Dancing with the Stars: Season 5 OFFICAL THREAD!!! STARS ANNOUNCED!

I feel that Helio is far above any of the other guys and he and Juliane are just the perfect combination. She did it last year with Apollo and she's carrying it right into this season. She is one talented young lady.

In my opinion, Wayne or Mark should go home - but I'm just betting Wayne's popularity will keep him around a while longer.

Aside from Helio on the men's side, I'm liking Mel B on the girl's side and that's just because I have this "thing" for Max and I'll vote for anyone if it means looking at him a few more weeks.

Jane Seymour won't be there tonight.

Actress Jane Seymour’s 92-year-old mother, Mieke Frankenberg, passed away in England on Monday due to complications from a stroke she suffered earlier this year, Seymour’s rep tells PEOPLE.
Seymour, who has made a splash on this season’s Dancing with the Stars, will miss tonight’s live results show as she is currently en route to England to be with her family and attend funeral services.
“My mother survived incredible challenges…her health issues that she never complained about….three and half years in a Japanese concentration camp in World War II and the loss of her husband John who was the love of her life,” Seymour said in a statement today. “However, she was always a beacon of love and hope for all she met and especially for my sisters Anne and Sally and for our entire family. Her spirit was indomitable and will continue to live forever in our hearts.”

The 56-year-old actress told PEOPLE in August that a big reason she decided to take the DWTS challenge was because it was her mother’s favorite show.
“The only show she would never miss, apart from Dr. Quinn, was Dancing with the Stars,” Seymour said. “I told my mother on the phone that I was going to do this and she hadn’t spoken or even said wa wa wa or even had interest in living for quite a while. And she suddenly went, ‘wa wa wa wa wa!’
“My sister was holding the phone to her ear and she said, ‘My gosh, Jane, she’s trying to say something and she’s got this big smile on her face. I haven’t seen her this excited.’ So I said, ‘Mommy, I want you to know I’ve decided to do this and I love you very much and I just hope that you’ll be proud of me.’ And she went ‘yes!’ That’s the first word she’s spoken since the stroke. Since then she’s started drinking and eating…bizarre as it may seem, she’s my secret angel and I’m going to do this for me and for her.” —Monica Rizzo

I think Wayne should go tonight, I guess I'm the only one who likes Mark?:confused3 I guess people don't like him because he's a millionaire.:) I love pulling for the underdog.

Mark is trying much harder than it seems and heck the guy deserves credit for doing it after hip surgery. He's a good dancer that is trying. I just for some reason I don't like Wayne.

Albert Reed left? he was the only one i thought was ok this season. i don't even feel like watching this season, really.

and i'm annoyed with the people who gets votes who should NOT be there. like Master P the one year, Jerry Springer the other year, and now Wayne Newton. they're not even remotely good....i don't understand who even votes for them :confused3

Well I can tell you, not me!

The thing is Wayne has a fan base that will vote for him and get him 3 or 4 more weeks most likely. Sad but true as I do think he was the worst this week. Isn't the first time on a reality show and won't be the last.:sad2:

I bet knowing how happy she made her mom by being on the show will make the loss just a little easier for Jane - at least bring a smile to her face at the thought of her mom actually speaking again even if just for a short time.

One tiny thing: models usually have a very low fan base to boot.
