The french call it Creme Caramel and the Spanish/Italian call it Flan de Queso.

That's a brandysnap roll, filled with ricotta cream and dipped in chocolate at the ends to seal it up. Those reality cooking shows have a lot to answer for. You can't just serve dessert up "plain" anymore. If it is a soft dessert like the Creme Caramel, it has to have an added element that adds "crunch" and "texture".





I wasn't complaining. The Brandy snap was tasty.

Afterall, there is no point crying over spilt milk........not when we have a dancing cow on a pole to provide us with fresh stuff on a daily basis.


But....leather and suede? There's no replacing that......unless the Tag Fairy gifts us with another cow.
