I just bought our tickets for MVMCP on December 9. The CM said they will be at the ‘will call’ desk.

Who are they calling? Has anyone ever had a problem with this?

I bought tickets for everyone in my crew except Nikki because I still haven’t gotten an answer from her on whether or not she will be there by then.

She starts college in the fall and it looks like she might not get there until the 17th. If that’s the case, she will miss all the MVMCP’s.

The advice I need is I checked Jet Blue today for airline tickets and got an OUTSTANDING price for the 5 of us to fly for $879 round trip. (Chris is driving there from South Carolina)

I want to grab them while I can, but with Nikki I don’t know what to do.

Do I buy her a plane ticket now and pay the $25 to change the dates later?

Or do I buy everyone else’s now and wait on hers until September taking the chance the price will go up?

Or do I give her up for adoption? No wait, she's already 18.

I’m going crazy. I want to buy the airline tickets now.

Nikki is also screwing up my plans for AP’s. I’m not going to buy her one if she is only going to be there 5 days. The rest of us will need them. (15 days)

What to do?

Not to hijack this thread, but why will the MVMCP tickets be at the will call desk? why don't they just ship them to her?
They have always mailed ours to us.

Robin, buy Nikki the ticket for $79. You might not get that rate if you wait.

I agree - buy the ticket now if you know it is only going to cost $25 to change it. More than liekly the price will go up, not down. Even so the $25 fee will be worth not having to worry about it. Besides - just tell her that if YOU have to pay to change it then SHE can't eat one day!! Fair enough trade off I think!!

Robin--BUY THE TICKET NOW!!!!! If you have to change it you have to change it.

BTW--We flew with JetBlue for the first time in February, and LOVED them. You may even not hate it. :teeth:

You can save on shipping charges by having them at will call.

I would buy the ticket too. 25 bucks is worth the peace of mind.

My first thought was the same as everyone else's. Buy the ticket for Nikki now. I don't think the price will go down, and even with the $25 to change it, it is still probably a better price than you will get later.

Buy the ticket (that is if you haven't after all the other DISers told you to as well.:p )

MVMCP tickets. You must not be paying for shipping, which was a whopping $3 for my order. My guess is that you have to pick them up somewhere on property...I don't know if that means your resort, TTC or somewhere else.

Comando Nikki? A Plane TIcket?

Give her a cell phone, a roll of quarters, and a buck knife. Bet she makes it to Orlando quickly and without having to hurt too many other people::yes::

ROTFL!

I was so nervous about the possiblity of her having to fly alone. Thanks for reminding me which kid this is.

I did it! I bought the airline tickets!

Between those and the MVMCP tickets, I just spent a grand.

NOW how am I going to get gas for work?;)

Disney, look out, we are coming backkkkkkk!

Nikki is going to COLLEGE?!?!?! When in the heck did THAT happen?!

Smart buying the ticket now. I'd buy ours except the fares are still pretty high for that time period, so I'm waiting to see if they go down (they're pretty darn steep right now.)

Dan, we're going to MVMCP on 11/30 too! Maybe we'll see you there!

Look out Disney World, here comes Delswife AGAIN!

Lucky us, more trip reports!

Don't worry sister I will send gas money.:teeth:

Anything for you LY,MI...........Bobby
