Dance DVD for 8 year old girls

My boyfriend's twin are very much into dancing. They love to watch the shows when people are dancing to songs and then the girls will follow every move that the dancers do. Is there some type of DVD that I can buy for them so they can dance and follow what the others are doing? (Sorry, I am probably not explaining this very well)

I know Brian Friedman who was one of the judges/chorigraphers from So You Think You Can Dance has one. I don't know how widely available it is. My 4 year old was obsessed with that show, that's how I know such video exists.

I think Brittany Spears put one out too.

My DS loves to dance too. I know he would like the dance class offered thorough his preschool but I"m worried about him being the only boy. He's also very shy about dancing infront of other kids.
