Ive always delt with Dana. She is the best. I've gone on 2 cruises with her in the past and I have two more this year booked with her.

I had read on previous posts that DANA takes care of her clients by getting them special gifts for their cruise. Does she still do that? I know some other TA's do.

I used Dana personally but this is my first cruise so I don't know about gifts. I did pay off my cruise yesterday!!!! She sent me an email with all the details and telling me I would get my docs 2 to 3 weeks before i sail.

I just booked with Dana last week. I worked directly with her and she was GREAT!! I'd recommend her and work with her again, can't beat her savings!!!

Dzneprincess recommened Dana to me and I have to say that she is the best. Super sweet and a joy to talk to. And the price she got us on our cruise beat everyone else by at least $500. I could not be happier with a TA. She understands that we as Dis board member have more knowledge than the average DCL passenger but she is always willing to get more information if you need it. I highly recommend her to anyone taking a cruise!

Micdan is run by Michael (Mic) and Dana (Dan)...they are both very helpful and saved me lots of $$$$. They have been very patient with offering us choices and how to configure the 7 of us into 2 rooms and both are so easy to talk to on the phone. I usually leave a message on their 1-800# line and they usually call me back within 15-30min...I highly recommend them!

I have always dealt with Dana. I love her to death and she is the best TA EVER! I do not expect gifts from her, because honestly, the savings she hands me are worth more than any gift. I have used her for 3 cruises and 3 more coming up! I will always use her services, she has become more like a friend than a TA!

I almost hate to say this, but I have tried to work with Dana twice - Nothing -
First time was about 7 months ago. Emailed for a quote, she called and left a message, I called her back (left message) and then never heard from her again -

I read so many good things about her on this board that I thought I would give her another chance - We are buying a cruise for our in-laws - So I put in for a quote on their web-site, she emailed me back saying she needed our phone number and thought she could get us some really great rates. So I emailed her back with my number and a good time for her to get a hold of me at that number. Again, never heard from her again -

I know I am not the only one this has happened to. I am so glad that she has worked for so many of you, but lightening has struck twice with me - I ended up booking with someone else both times.

I am going to comment here - I spoke to Dana the other day - After a Dis'er told me about her. She emailed me straight back and then we talked the next day. Dana talked about this board and how much she loves it and the people. As most explained it is her and Hubby - what some do not know is Dana had had a mini leave of absense a few months ago and was out of commission for a short time. She and hubby did all they could to keep up with the demands of TA's. WE talked in depth about that - due to the fact that over two years ago - that also happened to me - and I ran into many people that were very upset that I was not available for 9 months! Dana will reply if she is available - if she is near a computer and so on.

Unfortunately, things happen. This is life afterall. Personally, I am always on the lookout for the most savings and the best service. Dana has always given me that. I do know, that she had a major surgery and was out of commision for a while. I am sure, as you can imagine, that things were rough around the office without her bubbly presence! If you that feel you were slighted in the past, I can certainly understand your frustration, but I would certainly reccomend that you give her another chance. Most especially if you have never talked with her.

I actually just booked 3 cabins with her last night and my friends booked another 3. She was great and could not have been any nicer. She got us very good rates. ( I'm still excited about being booked on another Disney cruise!)
