So we leave in the Fantasy on Saturday and are obviously all done with online check in. I did add a comment that my 3 year old niece has a dairy allergy and only drinks almond milk. My question is: should we bring our own almond milk on the ship or will they have it available for us to order for her? Are there mini fridges in the staterooms to keep I cold for her if we do bring it?

There are mini-fridges and I believe there are alternative milks available in Cabanas. You should download the medical form and send it into DCL so they have a record of her allergy and can plan accordingly. You can also note this with the serving staff.

Just mention this as you may want to watch what is used in her meals if she has a severe allergy.

And I would get that fax in ASAP as I believe they want notification on booking or as soon as the allergy is diagnosed so plans can be made. This is cutting it close.

I believe they normally carry Silk brand soy milk (Original, Vanilla and Chocolate). They may be able to get Almond milk, but you need to contact them ASAP to see what they can do.

They need to know so that they have enough supplies for each person with a dairy allergy/lactose intolerance.

Oh I all ready sent in the allergy form weeks ago, so don't worry! I just wasn't sure how they accommodated the allergy.

She doesn't like soy milk so I guess we'll bring some almond along just in case.

My son drank Rice Dream and ate Rice dream ice cream while on-board last August. I believe they had almond milk as well. I would call and double check.

Ok, good! Was just checking because it sounded like you just put it on there now. Glad to know it's under control.

Where do I find this medical form? I went into "My Online Check-In" and saw a medical form, but it doesn't have a place to note a food allergy or other special dietary need. It just asks if you need oxygen, a sharps box, etc. At the bottom, it says that they can accommodate most allergies, but not all.

So, where is this form that I need to fax in about my daughter's food allergies??

We've never used the medical forms. Just called and had it noted. I'm vegan and so is my dairy allergy DD, so we put that diet in under special requests.
