If you go onto TGI Friday's website, they have recipes for every drink imaginable, including strawberry daiquiri's!

This is just too simple, but good! Go into the freezer section of your grocery store where they sell frozen drink concentrates...I don't remember the brand, but whoever sells the pinda colada and daiquiri ones rock! Add ice and rum and voila!

Cherry Daquiri

2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Cherry Liqueur
1/2 oz. Lime Juice


Shake and pour into chilled cocktail glass.

I personally would use a strong light rum, something along the lines of Ron Rico, or even use 151 but go down to 1 1/2 oz's

cactus daiquri

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Midori
1 oz. Coconut Cream
3 oz. Pineapple Juice

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

10 oz container frozen sweetened strawberries
6 oz frozen limeade concentrate
rum (in our younger day, we used 6 oz... now it's about 2 oz!)

combine in a blender with ice cubes until desired thickness

We do this, but I add a banana. It helps soak up the alcohol so you can't taste it so much, but oh so yummy!!
