I am looking for some help to get on some sort of schedule with my little ones so they get the attention and enrichment they need. But I also need to schedule time in for housework/shopping/etc. Not too mention down time for myself.
I feel like I go through entire days without getting anything done, even though in reality I get a lot done. I was used to having a schedule when I worked and being a type A person I really thrive on schedules and lists.
There is DS 1, DD 3 in preschool 2 mornings, DD5 in preschool 3 full days, DS 10 and DS10 in 4th and 5th grade, and DD14 in high school.
I need to have time for the older kids after school for their activities and homework. I have also found some cleaning charts that break chores down by days, but they seem very time-consuming.
Mostly I feel like I am wasting my time wondering what to do and when to do it and I feel like the days are disappearing without really spending a lot of quality time with the kids. Does this happen to anyone else? I would really love it if someone else could post a schedule that they follow.
Thanks!!!!!
