daily rate/town car or rent car for week?

We have been to wdw many times but have never rented a car. We have rented a towncar before ME and used ME since which we loved.
This trip presents 2 new challenges. First we are staying at the dolphin so no ME. Initially we were going to just go with a towncar. But recently my uncle has been diagnosed with mesothelioama so we want to see him while we are down there since they only live an hour or 2 away. We thought about a rental car for a week but dolphin charges 8. a day for parking....good grief!!! Then we thought well we wouldstill do the towncar and just rent a car for 1 day from the dolphin desk.

I have been trying the different codes but with my dial up internet I'm not getting very far...Anyone have any thoughts at which would be cheaper..a week rental with the parking fees or town car with 1 day rental car?

We will be there May 26-June3.

I have a rental for the following week 2nd-9th of June . It's through Dollar rental at the DTD hotel location. It's a compact (caliber) for $124 with all fees included.

We will be staying at BCV so it's easy for me to get to via a DTD bus.
