So I bought the passporter for our March 09 trip and LOVED it... I did not purchase one for this year trip January 10, because I figured not to much has changed... Anywho, I really loved the yellow "daily" pockets. I just read over them and remembered some great things from our last trip. I am going to make up a lil book with basicly the same info and questions, so I can fill it out each evening. My question is.......Did any one do this yet and would be willing to share????

I know that touringplans.com, which is the Unofficial Guide website, had simple directions for making similar pockets. I haven't actually tried it, but plan to for our next trip. While I like parts of the Passporter, there are parts I find irritating, and I probably won't get one again.

Another thing to consider is, you can get a regular binder and plastic pocket inserts and make your own completely customized type of book. You could type up a sheet on the computer of important things (like, say, budget information, favorite memories, etc.), and have a page for each day. They also make plastic binder insert pockets that velcro shut, which would be perfect for ticket stubs or any other small things you might lose.

For our WDW trip last summer, I had a full-sized binder with the plastic pockets, and I used it much more than the Passporter. For an upcoming trip, I have a smaller notebook (NOT binder), with index cards and pockets built into it, that I got from Target.
