Jiminy, Again, thanks for the boost of confidence that these daily posts give everyone. I have to take my daughter to compete in the district 4-H demonstration thing today. She won county wide for tranplanting flowers and is now having to compete on the district level. You know, while the other little 11 year olds are playing with make up and goofing off, she was working for this competition. She wasn't afraid to look dorky, she just wanted to compete and WIN at something that she KNOWS she is good at. Maybe that is the attitude that we all need to strive for!

You should be so proud of your DD,dmslush. Make sure you let her know how proud you are and how proud she should be of herself. It is important to feel that in oneself.

I love these inspirations too! I know I have some "temptation" alert situations this week, but I'm going to dig deep and find that desire again to stick to it!

Glo, I am so proud of her! We just got back from the district competition (it was in the next town over) and she WON FIRST PLACE!!!!!! We are all so thrilled!!!!
