Good Morning!

I never start these threads, but want to shout out good healthy wishes to Rachel and Lisa's DD as well. Dusting NO mono and NO seizures!

Sending dust also for the power grid in Connectcut and Massachusetts!

Thank heavens you were able to salvage SOMEthing from the freezer, Lisa! It's a good thing MomE knows men with chain saws.

Talked to LovingtheMOuse (Caroline) yesterday. They were blessed with a warmer sunny day yesterday, so they could open the windows and warm the house up. They're safe, but no heat or lights. TG they do have a fire place. Still 52F in the house is a little nippy. They *wish* they knew a guy with a chain saw.

Here in New York, the sn*w is gone and DH will mow for the last time today. I finished stamping and punching my card parts. I'll do the assembly while we're on the road.

Stamp club tonight. Off to the gym now.

Hope today finds everyone feeling better that is under the weather!

Today is a scrapbook day... I'm going to work on my own personal pages starting at 10AM - 3PM..

pick up DS11 from school
cut out 4 more DHS letter groups (I've already cut and assembled some 5 I think)
finalize photos for DD's Senior Ad. (want to submit those next week for yearbook)

I'm at work. Little Kitty Boy is doing very well. He's eating sliced turkey a couple times a day, acting more cat-like, and overall just in a better frame of mind and spirit. He had some blood work done yesterday, I expect the results today, so here's hoping the anemia is clearing up.

DH and I are trying to figure out how to tell Morgan about the trip. I think we've finally got it. We're going to offer her three envelopes, one decorated Disney, one with a Target logo on it (she's a shopper!), and one with the TGI Fridays logo on it. We'll put the same note in the three of them, but see which she picks (I'm betting the food, she's very much an instant gratification type).

Hugs all the sickies and Caroline. While we suffered through 6 days without power, at least it was warm. Here's hoping she gets power today!

Prayers for all who are sick and still dealing with the after effects from the weekend storm!

Jennifer, so glad your kitty is getting better by the day! Can't wait to hear about Morgan's reaction when you tell her about the trip.

Lisa, how many shots for hpv? We have not started ours for Julia yet. She has a huge fear of shots so her Dr has put it off for at least another year.

Working for about another hour, then home to figure out dinner and maybe work on kitting some pages for may crop this weekend.

cassey, there are three shots....first one, then two months later is the second, four months later is the last one....megan wasn't too keen on getting them either, she hasn't had any reactions to them!

I'm home sick
feeling alittle better so I'm at the computer & doing lite scrapping (glueing eyes & faces that I didn't get to yesterday) don't know if I have the energy to actually think about anything that isn't ready to go

I hope the power gets turned on for all those that are doing without

We are at day 4 of being off the power grid. Oh yeah. The light company is saying restoration will be Sunday around midnight.

My Wednesday to do:

Feed cat
Feed dawg
Walk dawg
jump van - battery was dead. seems that man with the chain saw left the lights on.
Put charger on the battery. Grabbed MomE's van to go to work
work - It is so scary driving to/from work. Huge tree limbs are hanging on wires. It's just a matter of time before tree limbs starts dropping. I am worried someone is going to get seriously hurt.
Gas up van. First time in days I saw a gas station that didn't have an hour wait.
Check if DD has school tomorrow.

Lisa, thanks it is good to know what we will be facing when the Dr pushes for her shots. I think I will keep that info to myself for awhile. No sense getting her worked up till I have to.

Girls off to bus
Dropped DD#3 off at school
Drs appt for me
SS office to find out what they did with DS's SS card. still hasnt shown. will go back through any junk mail waiting to be shredded
Dropped rent off at property office
Managed to be within 2 miles of J's, M's and a LSS and did not stop at any. ya me!
Swung by proof of DS's ssn at WIC office
Dropped off new bank acct info for direct dep at work
will be working 9 days next week!!!! gonna love that paycheck but gonna be oh so tired and will miss my baby!! Will have to sneak out at lunch to see him. But the temp is no longer working out and is being fired. Co-worker is on vacay starting the 8th.
Picked up DD's at gmas
home
Forgot DD#1 had basketball, had to pick her up
Spoke with counselor on phone about further counseling for DD and the court proceedings, we've been playing phone tag for 2 weeks!!( she doesnt think so)
Sent girls off, DD#2 has dance class now at 530
Organized coupons, ran out of ink though still need a few before heading to store
Head to WM for ink, few things
Drop off paperwork at counselors office
Home
Print coupons, maybe head to grocery store tonight or may wait till tomorrow evening
