Depends on your priorities. It's your vacation, so you can do what you like. With 5 1/2 days, you will not be able to see EVERYTHING that the World has to offer. Certainly, if I were there on a honeymoon, I'd take a little downtime. Isn't that what a honeymoon is for? If your honeymoon is the traditional kind - shortly after the wedding - some downtime after all the wedding madness - is very important.
It will help if you are staying on property, and getting around for mid-day breaks might be faster if you have a car (the buses are quite good too though). Remember to allow plenty of time to get back to the park if you have dinner ADR's. Know too, that even at a monoral resort, you'll lose some time going back and forth. You might want to skip it some days....but maybe not. It also depends on when you are going. If it is one of the more crowded times, you'll want to take advantage of late evening hours. If it is one of the less crowded times - when the parks close by 9 pm, taking a break in the day makes less sense.
