DAH tickets, refundable or not?

Thinking about buying tickets to DAH at Hollywood Studios. Just thinking about it. If one was to buy them, and then something happened and couldn't go, or the whole trip got cancelled, are the tickets refundable at all? Or is it a risk you just have to take?

I believe they are nonrefundable unless something happens like a death in your family

On the Disney website, it says: "*Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable and may not be resold."

Yes, they are like MNSSHP & MVMCP tickets... don't buy them unless you are definitely going. Disney is often good at accommodating travel interruptions or unusual circumstances, but that's at their discretion and not a given.
