DAH HS Solo... Worth It?

I’m going on my first solo trip July 3-7 and like any good planner, keep checking the hours to be sure they haven’t changed on me. Well, tonight I noticed on July 5th there will be a DAH at HS. Thoughts on attending solo?

I do have a SDD FP (3:55pm) and a TOT FP (4:55pm) on the 4th, but I like the idea of a nearly empty park, and actually then probably dropping those FPs and getting to MK earlier than I planned since I would have the DAH the next night (I know the 7/4 MK crowds will be insane and have a dinner booked at MK so I could get in incase of a phased closure).

I have a dinner booked for Jaleo at 6:20 on the 5th, so I don’t think that will pose an issue with the 9:30pm start time. I didn’t have any other plans firmed up that night as I was going to see what FPs were available that night.

I just don’t have a feel for what it’s like to be solo at a hard ticket event... my gut is to book it, but would like som sage wisdom from the disboard gurus! TIA for your input!

hi! i've never done a DAH solo, but one of my favorite vloggers, Ivy Winter, actually did a DHS DAH solo and she loved it! i say go for it - why let being solo stop you?
