I booked a Disney After Hours this morning via the phone and I was given a confirmation number at the end of the call. I opted for the tickets to be mailed to me. It’s been 5 hours and i have not recieved an email confirmation. Is sending an email confirmation normal procedure for Disney? I would like to double check the date.... Just because I’m paranoid
I did not get an email confirmation after I called and ordered, but when I linked my tickets on my MDE account (with the confirmation number provided), I got an email confirming they had been linked and to whom.
