Da Vinci Code Quest on Google

Just wondering if anybody had done this while it was going on. I received the Cryptex today to be a finalist. Anyone else do this and receive a cryptex?

DS 17 did all the puzzles, but hasn't been notified or received his cryptex yet. Maybe tomorrow, since it said on or about the 15th.

We did all of them and no cryptex as of yet. If I don't get one, I'm gonna be maaaaaddddd!!!!!

I missed the last puzzle I saw it had come out when I was at work but I can't view the video clips there. By the time I remembered to check it out at home it said the contest was over...

I didn't do it until the next day so I figured I wouldn't have been one of the first 10,000.

I think you had to be one of the first 10,000 to complete the last challenge.

I think it wasn't just the final one.
The rules made it sound like ALL of them were time stamped. From the time you opened the puzzle until you clicked "Submit" to save your final results, there was a time clock running. The 10,000 finalists were the ones who completed all the puzzles and then completed the final process to submit the "Final Completion Form" and the "Contest Entry Form" the fastest.
I completed all the puzzles, but every time I started, I got interupted by something going on in my house. So, I was not surprised to not be a fianlist.

It said in the rules that they would be mailed out to arrive by 5/18/06.

Well, that's where I had problems too. There was one weekend in particular where my internet was having problems and I could click start, but couldn't play the game. That game was stalled for a few days, then I had to play catch up on all the other games.

Darn. I did really well on them too.

Only the last puzzle was time stamped. It put the time stamp on right when you submitted your google user name. I started the puzzle right at 12:00 CST, and finished in about 4-6 minutes.

My dbf did it and then when it was over, he realized that he never registered! I'll never let him live that down.
