Has anyone shopped at DA and cashed in for awards? I am very confused on the process. This is what I "think" I know.

1. You purchase through their link and forward the email confirmation to the address listed for DA.

2. You wait for DA to get paid from the vendor. The site says

In a perfect world, a week would be great. However, we do not receive payment from our sponsors on the 1st of the month following the quarter. Sponsors generally pay us within 30 -90 days after the quarter. So allowing members 30 days after the quarter gives members some time to decide what they want and it also allows us to be able to send prizes out in a timely manner

OK- WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

3. Wait to be paid from DA

Has anyone ordered through them and how long does it take to receive your redemption?

I really want to use them for a purchase but I am skeptical of this language and if I will get paid. I purchase almost everything through rewards sites and really want to support DA. Their site is so cool.

I've not redeemed for disney dollars through them yet, but I have shopped through them. Before you shop, clean all of your cookies, and then click through their site to where you want to shop.

You then forward your confirmation email from your purchase to her, and after your item ships, she will credit the points. I was credited in about 2-3 weeks.

I think what the paragraph means is that it is refering to us only being able to cash out at the end of the quarter. We have 30 days to cash in our points, or to roll them over to the next quarter, maybe? She doesn't pay out until she is paid by the sites that we search, and such on.

Thanks dmslush

Do I really need to delete my cookies? As useless as most of them are, I dont want to loose the important ones.

Some websites store information on your computer in a small text file which is called a cookie. It allows them to record your comings and goings. It helps the programmers keep the sites geared to your interests. you clear your cookies because alot of the reward programs use the same affiliates, so if you are doing a bunch of programs you may not get credit for the searches.
Clearing your cookies helps, and some of the search engines only allow searches every so often

They don't hurt your computer and Netscape and Explorer have a limit on the amount of cookies your computer can store.....

This will sound long but takes seconds....Go to tools and click on "Internet Options" in the box that comes up....click on "settings" .....then on the next box you need to click on "view files". Go back up to top and click on Edit and then "select all". This will highlight them. Go to File and click on "delete". You need to do this often, I do it daily.
