Hello,

A few weeks back I saw that D23 was offering a Walt Disney Studios tour in Sep. Tickets were not on sale yet and I contacted D23 via phone and e-mail to inquire when tickets would go on sale, but no one had an actual answer for me. Now, I notice the whole thing is gone off their site. Did they cancel the tour, or did it sell out already??

Oh how weird. I was looking at the Upcoming Events tab https://d23.com/upcoming-events/ and it's not posted there!

Did you buy your tickets online? Did you get an e-mail notifying you when the tickets would go on sale? I'm debating upgrading D23 from my Basic to a Gold membership for this.

Thank you in advance for any advice you can give me!

That Upcoming Events page only gets updated when events are ready to be sold (anywhere from 1 to 10 days before - roughly).

I bought my tickets online. I bought right at the onsale time. 20 mins later I checked back and they were sold out. I bet they sold out much faster. So be on your A game! ;)

Ive never received a D23 email (other than registration confirmation) I look at that upcoming events page basically every day from Mon to Friday (I think about Disney a lot, ok?! lol)

I upgraded my membership last year to attend two events and then have gone to two events this year. I think I'll renew (especially since I renewed my AP). If you are more local there are a number of fun events. I'm in Canada but love when I can tie in an event with a trip (like the tour - or the Christmas party).

The membership is pricey - but I feel I've gotten the value back in pins and gifts and other surprises (including the magazines and annual gift). (I should mention I don't collect pins but *really* appreciate the ones I've received from D23).
