D23 Question

I was curious as to how long it takes to get the D23 packet at your house once you sign up?

I signed up two weeks ago for the free one to try it out, and got the confirmation email from the Disney store, but have not received it? My wife and I are interested in the potential savings we can get with it.

Also, did anyone else have issues trying to sign on to their sight?
It keeps telling me I'm not using the correct membership number, will that be on the confirmation email or the packet itself?
 
I'm having the same questions/issues. I'm interested to see if anyone has any insight.
 
I didn't know we were getting a packet... something to look forward to. I just assumed since it was free we wouldn't get anything in the mail. I got a confirmation e-mail with my D23 membership number. I'm pretty sure I got it by the next morning and was able to log-in to the D23 website.

I got my confirmation email but the number is not working on the website when I try to log in. The reason I said that about the 'packet' was the fact my email had a ship date of 5- 7 days. If there is no packet, that would explain why my has been empty.

Ditto. I don't think I'm being sent anything. My "order history" on the Disney store sites lists that this order was placed and "shipped" on 6/17, but nothing has arrived. I'm assuming the "shipment" was the email I was sent and that the language just gets odd because it's set up as a store.

I also just tried to log in and couldn't, but then I registered and entered my membership number there, and now it's working -- so try registering here first:

The mystery has been solved. I just spoke to the D23 CS and there was an issue with the confirmation process. As far as the 'packet' the shipping info is just a default email sent on every Disney Store purchase.

Long story short, it was resolved in 2 mins and I have access to the site!
