d23 members?

Are any of you guys D23 members? I am thinking of paying the $250 to do the D23 member exclusive "Magic & Merriment" in WDW in December, but am looking for some input from anyone who may have done this before?

We've never done this before, I do know last year's included a tour of the suite in the Castle, however this years does not. It's reserved seating for the Candlelight Processional, a private dessert party with a viewing of Illuminations, a private hot breakfast at the MK before gate opening, a scavenger hunt around the park, a private dinner in DHS, a private viewing of the Osbourne Lights, with some "exclusive presentations" for D23 members only during a two day period.

I've seen Candlelight, Illuminations, Osbourne Lights and done a private dessert party. So I'm wondering if there's a "tailored to D23" spin on things that will be worth the expensive and experience.

Just looking to bounce off someone who's done this before I buy my ticket.

I've never been to a D23 event but most of them seem to be well-reviewed, with attendees agreeing it's worth the extra cost.

Unfortunately the problem with many of them tends to be availability. Events often sell out within minutes of tickets going on sale. Set your alarm!!!

Got my tickets too! Just kept hitting refresh. Got my email confirmation right away! Very excited! took the December 7 & 8th days!!

Signed up for the 7 & 8th also, but no email confirmation. I've checked my spam folder for it also. This is the first D23 event where I didn't get the confirmation right away. I was also distracted so I didn't print the page after I finished the sign up. CC shows the pending charge, so I know it processed. I sent them an email to see if they can resend the confirmation.

I went back like I was going to register again and I brought up my existing registration and I could print my 'confirmation' page. And I got the email confirmation after I went back in. Go figure.
