I didn't see one at $4.00, but I did get a marked down one then the extra 20% for $8.00..not bad Wish I would have seen the $4.00 one.

They are the D23 exclusive tshirts. (You have to be a D23 member.) There are about 6 of them. (Pretty basic, solid color shirts w/Dopey, Tink, Jiminy, mouseketeer, etc. that wrap around the side.) They are reduced down to $9.99, but once you enter the 2 codes, they come down to $4.

I was able to get DH,DD20 and myself matching shirts for our next trip and got DH 2 additional tees. Total cost? 27$ shipped for 5 shirts
