Well my trip is August 25th-31st

I have

25th- Dinner at Yatchmans Steakhouse ( always a big 2 table service meal first night )

26th Chef Mickey's 7:20 Breakfast
26th Crystal Palace dinner 8:20pm

27th Rose and Crown or Les Chef de France - 12:00PM

28th 50's Prime time Lunch

29th: Yak and Yeti Dinner

30th Liberty tree tavern dinner ( Magic Kingdom EHM till 12AM

You don't need someone else to tell you if you should be happy.

But i think that all your ADRs look great!
 

I'd say you should be happy:) Did you get everything you wanted and the times? Then you did good:)

Chef's de Frfance is an great restuarant, we tried it for the first time last Aug and are planning to back this Aug.
 
Looks pretty good to me. If you are really looking for criticism (and I am not sure it is justified), Y&Y doesn't always get the best reviews so maybe you should go to Boma or Tusker House that night and I can't comment on LTT. But seriously, any trip that starts at Yachtsman's and has a Chef Mickey's Breakfast, a CP meal, and a R&C or Le Chef's is a good eating trip!
