Are the CMs pretty easy to work with when you have to rework your original plan while on the phone with them? I would just prefer to try and get it all done in one phone call, but didn't know how patient they would be with me if I couldn't get things the way I want the first time and have to switch things around.

Well, I can't speak for all of them, however, when I called today to book my adr's the cm who helped me was a great help! She bounced around the dates and times for me and even made changes. All in all, a great experience!
