D.V.D's and Game boygames X-ray?

I know not to let my film go through the machine but I have bought DS some dvd's game boy games and c.ds for christmas and I will be carring them in my carry on should I take them out or are they o.k to go through

Just got home from a flight from MCO and used our portable DVD player on board and they were just fine and dandy!!!
