D-points for Disney games?

I tried to search for this, but it made the server gods upset, so I'll just have to ask. I got an email from Disney about the Frog Princess, which led to a contest and then a game with the gator. I was asked to log in, and then I earned D-points for each level I completed. I figured out from looking at the site that they can buy you cute virtual things, but I couldn't find which games had them and which didn't (I played an Aladdin game and received none). Does anyone here know which games reward D-points? It's almost kind of a replacement for my trading cards that are no more...Thanks!
