D-Day for MK, FP+ only

Sitting in Adventureland right now with sleeping baby. Yes all FP machines covered. Very slow today. CM's everywhere with tablets helping- we have bands and have been asked multiple times if we are set for FP+ today. This is our second trip with bands- haven't had a single issue. We have used at 4 resorts, to pay, for AP tickets, for FP+. App is running good for us a well.

Given that there is apparently almost no one in MK today (look at those lovely wait times), I suspect FP are barely needed

Checked FP+ reservations now, it says "Back Soon" for Space Mountain. Is it closed? Or do you think they're gone for the day?

It says Splash Mountain is closed, along with carpets of Aladdin, and MSEP.

Space Mountain was listed as "Temporary Closure" when I looked at wait times about 30 minutes ago. Just checked again and it still shows Temporary Closure (along with Prince Charming Regal Carrousel).

This coming holiday weekend will be a good test of the FP+ at MK. Will tune in....

The 11th hour was months ago when they started pulling KTTW cards from resorts and FP- from AK.

There's no stopping the runaway train now. It's coming. I just hope the train picks up the pace already so it can finally crash and repairs can be made.

At present we do not plan on returning for at least a couple of years, but the faster this train wreck wraps itself up, the sooner they can fix the problems.

See, all you naysayers were completely wrong. FP- is gone at the MK, and everything is fine. All 5000 people there today have there 3 rides, and then are being greeted to the usual 10 minute standby waits for the mountains.

I'm sure this Saturday will the exact same.

I know it's a slow time, but I still think that perhaps there's another motive in play for FP+. Part of me thinks that even on a fairly busy day, it could really spread out the crowds and help with some headliners. We'll see what happens...

Aren't these similar to what was distributed at AK when they went FP+ only?
