Cypress Pointe Resort questions

Do the master bedrooms at Cypress Pointe Resort (NOT Phase II) still have the open bathroom?

Have they all been renovated lately?

How comfortable were the beds expecially in the master bedroom?

Do we have a good chance at getting first floor if we request it early?

We are considering staying there but there are no elevators and DH cannot do steps due to some health issues.

Do the master bedrooms at Cypress Pointe Resort (NOT Phase II) still have the open bathroom?

Yes. The project to install doors on the bath areas of both master bedrooms is scheduled to begin later this year.

Have they all been renovated lately?

The renovations were done from 2004 - 5. The units are still in great shape. The next renovations are concentrated on built ins like the tile floors, kitchen and bath cabinets, new granite counter tops, a new window (replacing a blank door) in the second bedroom and those bath doors on the other two bedrooms. That work (except for the window & bath doors) is scheduled to start in September 2009.

How comfortable were the beds expecially in the master bedroom?

Beds tend to be personal preference but we find the CPR beds among the most comfortable at any timeshare we visit regularly.

Do we have a good chance at getting first floor if we request it early?

Absolutely. They do a great job of getting those units assigned to those that need the easier access. An early request also helps.
