Cypress Pointe Resort or Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista

which is better as our plan is to go to disney 4 days, universal 1 and maybe the beach one day...

do they offer shuttles to WDW or universal?

any insight on these is appreciated.... or if you have better suggestions i am ALL ears i want to stay around 100 or under a night for me and the wife March 4-11

I have no information on shuttles etc. (although I don't think Cypress Pointe provides one) but there would be no comparison between the two in my opinion. Cypress Pointe is a condo village with amenities like a full kitchen, separate bedrooms, great pools, and activities. We stayed there once and enjoyed it. I'm not familiar with Comfort Inn but I'm assumming it's your standard hotel? www.hotelkingdom.com use to have great rates for Cypress Pointe but I don't know if they do anymore. It's been a while since I've checked. If it's just you and your wife and your dates are firm, in that price range you'd be able to score a deal on Priceline, but if you're interested in that, do your research first on biddingfortravel.com where they lists the hotels that are likely to come up.

i am not too keen on priceline. I am really looking into the Cypress pointe Grand villas as i could get the two bedroom which woudl give me and the wife a jackuzzi and king bed ...

Haven't stayed at Comfort Inn but really like CPGV. The 2 b/r is very spacious, it has a huge tv, the bathroom area is very, very nice with a long counter and sink and a make-up bench and another doored off area with shower, toilet and another sink. I enjoyed the bathtub too! It was also very clean and very quiet. The rooms aren't stacked in as tight as a typical hotel. The private screem porch with table/chairs is nice too (we could see Disney fireworks from ours). Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
