Cypress Pointe--non-smoking unit?

Does Cypress Pointe have non-smoking units? Also, has anyone recently had any cleanliness issues? I had a bad experience at a different condo complex last year, so I'm getting nervous about our upcoming stay.

I have been told the several times that I have stayed there that ALL units are non-smoking as I absolutely hate the smell of smoke. Of course, that doesnt always stop people from smoking in the units. Also, you may find smokers smoking out on the patios, if you are upstairs from one & out on the patio at the same time, you will undoubtedly smell their smoke.

2 visits to CPGV and 1 to CP in the last 2 1/2 years - all units have been very clean.

Thank you for the information, 2minnies and cinamin27. I thought I had heard that Cypress Pointe was non-smoking, but then I saw a few posts where smoke was a problem.

I should have mentioned in the other post that I have never smelled a smoke problem in the times I've stayed either. Units have been extremely clean. I have not stayed since the renovation.
