Hi

I have stayed at Cypress Pointe and loved it. We had a refurb'd room with HDTV, VCR, DVD etc..
We thinking about booking a stay here again for this December. I am looking at hotelkingdom.com. Now this is where the problem is, both CP and CPGV 2 bedroomed units are the same price, which one do I book? :confused3
Will we get the same as above in the Grand Villa or will it be better :)

Thanks for any help

Prices went up to reflect the refurb. We have small kids so the small second room doesn't bother us and we'd rather newer carpet, mattresses, etc than worrying about the bathroom privacy issue. If you have older kids that need more space, the lack of a door on bathroom bothers you, or would like a pantry area to store groc items, go with CPGVs. When CPR was cheaper and all new stuff, the choice was a no brainer for us. Now you have to decide square footage/bathroom privacy vs recently remodeled. Both are nice.

The elevator would do it for me. Square footage is just a little more on the Grand villas and their pool is heated, but ofcourse, if you stay at CP you can use the Grand villas pool.

I wouldn't care about the DVD because if I wanted to watch a movie, I could rent a VHS from them. But some might care about that.

Even though CP is newer, CPGV isn't that old, so still looking pretty good.

Yea, if they could guarantee me a first floor room, I would go with CP. I know this wouldn't affect everyone, but after hitting the parks all day, I just couldn't go up three flights of stairs.

Our next trip will be a CPGV, but I would love to stay at CP sometime, just so I can get to know each place and any differences. Either one is a great place, I'm sure.

Thanks for the replies:)
We have just booked CP...as we stayed there last time and really liked it. We know what to expect.
Thanks for your PM Pamela, shame we couldn't use it and chance waiting for something closer to the time...:)
