Cypress Pointe- Davenport area???

I was making a final search for my rental. I had decided on 3 bedroom condo in reunion...but my daughter asked me to search one more time for a 4 bedroom that was reasonable. She is a tween and doesn't want to share with her brother

Anyway on vrbo , I came across a house in reunion that was awesome and reasonable through Orlando Holiday Rentals<??> . The particular home wasn't available but they have one that looks very nice in Cypress Pointe (Davenport area). I know absolutely nothing about it. I tried searching but it seemed most of my results was for a different Cypress Pointe(why do they all have to be names the same )

It seems to be somewhat close to Reunion. Does anyone know anything about this particular area? Is it safe? Is it super far from Disney? I will have my own car. Thanks so much guys

Cypress Point in Davenport looks to be fairly new. It's only a couple of min. from Reunion and easy access to the Champions Gate Exit 58 of I-4. That's only two exits from Disney's World Drive. The area is nice and has been built up since Reunion came into being. There's a Publix, CVS, a few take outs etc at the intersection near Reunion. On this map Cypress Point is just above placemark #128. Publix is #178 and Disney has pink markers.
