Cypress pointe area drive times?

hey all -just wondering if any one can give approx driving times from the cypress pointe resort area to : 1- cocoa beach for surfing and 2- TD waterhouse cntre for the Suns/Magic bball game on the 26. Ten sleeps and we're there!

Coca beach is anywhere from 90 minutes to a couple of hours (depending upon traffic and construction)

I don't know about the others - however if it is near Kissimmee - the Stadium is around 45 minutes away.
