I just found a great deal on a 2 bedroom at Cypress Point - $63.99. Does anyone know anything about this place? Is it clean, how close to Disney? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Nice resort in an excellent location. There are plenty of recent threads here with detailed information. That rate sounds like a promotional rate. If it is, it would require you to sit through a timeshare sales pitch, for 90 minutes or more. Make sure that this is worth it to you - some are pretty hard sell! HTH.

Many -- if not the majority -- of the rates out there for the timeshares DO NOT require a presentation. They are booked thru places like hotelkingdom.com. If a presentation is required, it should be disclosed at the time of reservation.

I also got that rate from hotelkingdom.com,it is not a promotional rate and does not need for you to sit through a presentation,but I booked last week and still have not received a confirmation number,is this unusual.
