Hi there, My family is staying at Cypress point grand villa's for our trip this year. We have book through a Entertaiment book through a company called Sunterra resorts getaways. The seen kinda goofy( no pun intended). We have to drive to another hotel to the Orlando information center to get the papers for our reservation, then we can drive to Cypress point and check in. Has anyone ever dealt with this before? Are they on the up and Up? Thanks

We were staying at Sunterra in Branson and had to go to Fairfield resort to pick up our keys and room asignment. I thought it was strange too--but Had no problems. I would just call and confirm your reservation--just to be safe!! Have a good trip!:thumbsup2

Sunterra is legit, but not exactly honest like many TS companies. I expect your great Entertainment Book deal entails a 'tour,' know that they will want to sell you 10,000 of their points for ~$30,000 and you can get the same thing on eBay for $3000 and then pay Sunterra $5K to re-join their Club.
