What do the "Phase I & II" mean, I think I get that it is different areas, but what is the difference? And what should I request is possible?
Thanks

Phase I is Cypress Pointe Resort. Phase II is Cypress Pointe Grande Villas. You are right, they are two sections of the same resort.

If you'll scroll through some of the CPR and CPGV posts, you'll see that which is the best to request is really a matter of personal preference.

I prefer CPGV. I like that the 2nd BR is larger and has two twin beds. I like that the building have elevators. I also like that the buildings surround the two pools, mini golf, activitiy building, etc. I requested (and got) groundfloor and pool frontage.

CPR has a 2nd BR with a twin and a trundle. The BR isn't as large. As I understand it, the bathroom is different too (something about not having a door for the comode part :confused3 ).

CPR has recently been redone and has the newest furnishings. We thought that CPGV looked great as it was.

You can use the volcano pool (and any other facilities) regardless of which section you stay in.

Just some points to think about.

ETA: CPR has DVD players. The CPGV units we had had VCR's.
