Cypress Point Phase I Unit Selection

We're trading using RCI into CP phase I, not the Grand Villas, in early October. We've got one of the 3BR/3BA units and I am wondering if some of you CP vets can tell me if I should request a section or a building. I own at Vistana but needed a 3BR for this trip, so have never been to CP before. I understand that the complex is undergoing renovations and am curious if anyone here has been in one of the renovated units?
