I've been trying to cancel Vonage since October, yes you heard me right, October! Due to some installation issues I can not get it to work, well, therefore I have to call them on my cell phone, each time I call I get an estimated wait of 50+ minutes!!!! And they are only open during peak cell times, ugh! Well, I called Friday and got through right away somehow only to be told that the billing department was closed and that I must call back on Monday...
I explain to him my problem and how it's cheaper for me to pay the $25 a month charge than sit on hold for over an hour to cx it seems and he assures me he will give me a direct #, no hold time, etc. Call on Monday.
So here I am, just called and guess what a forever long hold time AGAIN! I'm so angry, you can't CX online and so I'm here on hold again, on my cell!
Anyone CX before and have such trouble, I'm at my wits end.
