Cvs WEEKLY 12/13-12/19

Is that the CVS coupon from the Sacramento Bee (I think its called that)?

Ok quoting myself again :rolleyes:but here's one I found - not the $5/20 that *anyone can get* (?) but no one will tell me where. So HTH someone else :)

Sorry, I didn't get back online to see your question.

If you go to Riteaid.com and watch the video values, if you watch 20 credits worth of commercials - some are worth more than one point, you get a 5/20 coupon. The good thing is when this prints it saves to your computer first as a pdf, at least mine does, so you can reprint it many times and reuse it.

Oh thats okay, I appreciate the reply any time! Thanks! :goodvibes

I will check it out now. Will be nice to have a re-usable coupon :)

Also, I finally found the Advil PM at the front counter and got the last one! Hope everyone else finally found it, too.

I always hand them 1 at a time...the largest first!
Me too! :thumbsup2

Thanks for posting! I've finally gotten back into the routine with CVSing, I went from a little before Halloween to a little after Thanksgiving without hitting a CVS once. I let like $20 in ECB's expire so now I need to build back up. Got my free Christmas stuff tonight but didn't notice the Advil until I got back. :headache:
unfortunately I can beat that. I let $40 expire on just one card! :headache: In total, I probably let $80 to $90 expire. I was just too busy w/ other stuff and getting ready to go on vacation. I haven't really gotten back into CVSing since our trip. I need to get started again. PLease don't revoke my membership to the cvs thread for letting soo many ecbs expire. :lmao:

Hi! I have not been going to cvs very often either, riteaid has had better deals and anyone can get their 5/20 Q's - which I never get from cvs. I just got back into cvs though b/c the local store got a coupon machine. And when I went on Thanksgiving there were all new cashiers there. One even opened a separate register for me so I could do my separate transactions. She was so happy I was using coupons, I almost passed out. :rotfl: So, now I check both stores and see which works best each week.

Oh, and no advil pm that I could find anywhere but I did not ask.
oooo which store got the scanner? I haven't been to the ones near you lately!

Forgot to add...my supermarket (Giant) had All detergent BOGO so I got 2 bottles for $5.25. I used 2 $2 coupons so $1.25 total for the two :cool1: Wish I would have had more coupons!!!
Great Find!!

How long do you usually have b-4 they expire. I'm trying to learn everything and will maybe start after Christmas.

2 Tags
2 Bows

Paid $1.53 oop and got back $21.00 ECB!!!!!!!

You have exactly one month on them.

You're welcome and great find on the advil! :woohoo:

Great Find!!

Edgewood has a scanner now. I also heard but have not been that Fallston has one too. Plus, the cashiers are nice now. It's so weird, I think they are just trying to throw me off my coupon game! :rotfl:

That is too Funny!!! :lmao:
I know there were a couple of cashiers at Fallston and the store mgr there were pretty nasty. She and I got into once and I because of her attitude, I have the DM's # in my cell phone. The one day, I had had enough of her stuff and at the end I said (I know not nice, but hey I'd had enough) to her and maybe soon they'll transfer you to another store so I can shop in peace at this one. Her response was "maybe they will" :rotfl: After talking to the DM she's pretty nice to me now, but I can tell she tries to avoid me if she can. I'm completely fine w/ that too.
I don't get to teh Edgewood store often, only generally when I am going to Aldi's since they are so close. For me, it's been hit or miss there as to whether they are friendly or mean. Never know what I'll get until I go to check out.
BTW, did you get my FB friend request? Clarabelle got me started on that too now. LOL

If you are looking for a scenario for using the $5/$20 here is what I did today:

-Complete lens solution 9.99 (-$1 manu coupon)
-Bic soleil razors 4.99
-CVS tampons 2.50
-CVS absolutely divine cookies 2.50 (- $1 scanner coupon)
-CVS spice .88
______________________
$20.86
-$5/$20
-$2 coupons
______________________
14.86 Total

Get back 13.99 (9.99 for complete + 4 for bic)

Cost 87c

**Basically you can substitute the tampons and the spice for any filler that cost $2.52 or more. I have read that the coupon will go through at 19.99, but I didn't want to risk it.

One girl at Fallston messed up my coupon one time and I told her I wanted my extra dollar, you would think I was taking it from her wallet. She just did not comprehend AT ALL why I would care about a $1 - although in her defense she was young probably not too worried about $ at that point.

I just checked FB and did not see your request. I'm the only Alice that Clarabelle is friends with if you need to find me!

Went to a different CVS today...

They took the Rite Aid coupon for a Transfer Rx on my son's NEW Rx. I was pretty happy.

I found the Advil PM, too!

So I got:
Advil PM- .99c
Complete Contact Solution- 9.99
2 cans of DS concentrate formula- 4.99 x2

Used:
$1 ECB
$5/$20 CVS
2 $2 Similac

Paid (w/ free GC) $11.65

Got back: $10.98 ECB

Pretty excited. Until DH went "And the last time I wore contacts was...?"
He just doesn't get it. :)

I saw the post about losing ecb's because they expired. At all the cvs's around me (3 in all) they take expired ecb's and expired cvs coupons up to a couple of months. I would ask at your stores if you havn"t already. Hope this helps someone.
