CVS Extra Care bucks

I let some expire. What are the chances they will let me use them? I just moved so was a little disorganized for a bit.

I've had places that are great and let me use them if they aren't more than a week old but others only allow them to be one day expired. I'd ask at your favorite location, it seems like they have some latitude in what they are allowed to do

Call the local manager. My stores will not take expired anything, not coupons, not crts, not ecbs. I keep reading about other stores that take everything expired so just ask.

I actually just called the other day to get a second card on my account for my husband- the lady on the phone volunteered to re-issue an expired one for me.
She just said "Oh, I see you have 4 extra bucks that you didn't use that expired last week....let me reactivate those for you". Within 24 hours, they were back in my online account. I didn't ask or expect her to.

I asked this before too. My store refused to take them but told me to call customer service. The lady was nice and reissued them, but said something like Oh we are reissuing these as a courtesy to you as we see you have not done this before.. So I guess it might not work if you are in the habit of letting theme epire? Try calling the customer service number. Best of luck to you.

When you call customer service, first update your address with them. Then after doing that, explain that in the move you accidentally let some of your ECB's expire and see if they will reissue them. Doing it that way might improve your chances since it shows you really did move.

I used a $10 extrabuck that expired on July 7 yesterday with no problem. The store says they never expire, it's just a 1 button register override.

Our CVS store manager says they will always honor them. He says it makes the customers happy and they shop more.

Great, thatnks for the help! We are leaving for the happiest palce on earth on Wednesday!! I have to make that last CVS trip to get sunscreen and some kind of stuff to control this hair in that Florida weather !!!

No such luck. They wouldn't let me use it. Customer service said they couldn't help me either. Oh well. It was worth a shot.
