CVS ECB deals - Sales for Week 6/17-6/23

How is this $5 off $15 coupon a $$ maker?? Is that when combined with $4/$20 CVS coupon, $5 EBC AND man. coupons? Don't have any man.coupons.

11.96 - 4 x 2.99 St. Ives

-5.00 crt
-4.00 mfg coupons (check online as well for a printable - I think it's posted on this thread somewhere)

Thats $9 off with a $5 return so a profit without getting in the $4/20 which I will probably combine this deal with the kashi cereal (free after coupon) and Sally Hanson/Lacrosse deal for a major profit!

Subscribing!
Is it just me, or is the Kashi Cereal coupon now gone from the given link?

But my coupon is $5 off of a $15 St.Ives purchase -- so I'd have to buy at least $15 worth, not the $11.96 you wrote.

Did you get a different ($5/$10) register coupon??? A $5 off $10 coupon would be sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. :) Thanks for the always helpful posts!!

I just made a "minor" discovery.

There are bayer CVS Qs in the heartbeat booklet for $1/any 24 ct or larger. I picked up some $1/any 24 ct or larger manufactures Qs in front of the pharmacy at Kmart. According to CVS.com a 36 ct of baby asprin is only 2.49....so 0.49 oop..thats a pretty good filler item! There may even be bayer printables out there. I'll have to look.

There are a lot of things in the baby dept on clearance.

Grins & Giggles Lotion is 1.00, free if you have the $1.00/1 Gerber Coupon

Fruit Splashers are 75% off at my store, so they are .75. They taste horrible to me, but I'm sure DS will like them. Think watered down juice.

All right had a "doh" moment. Try this:

17.94 - 6 St. Ives
1.99 - Kashi
1.50 - coke 20 oz
-4/20
-5 crt
-6 st ives
-1.99 Kashi
-1.50 coke coupon - thanks to a mycokereward code! Could use any .50 candy bar or some other "freebie" after coupon item to push it over $20!

$2.94 OOP or using ECB's and receive back $5 :cool1: Ta-da, made it work!

Today was my very first CVS trip. I'm a little embarassed
to post b/c I didn't do well at all compared to others who are
paying under $1 for their deals.

I also couldn't find any St. Ive's coupons before I went,
the printible I got from this thread said it was on the lotions
so I didn't think it would work on the body washes or facial
scrubs I bought.

Oh well- here goes:
St. Ive's $11.96
GUM toothbrushes (2 pack) $1.99
Huggies wipes 160 $4.99
Colgate Kid's toothpaste $2.79

4/20.00 CPN
1.00 GUM MFG CPN

Total OOP 17.21 with $6 in ECB's back.

SO it was a little expensive, hopefully I'll get
better next time! :)

Don't be embarassed. Its expected that your 1st couple runs out will cost a little OOP but once you get your ECB's rolling and the hang of things you'll be the one paying under a couple bucks per transaction! Hang in there!

I'm right there with you. Today was my first try and I messed up right off the bat because I forgot to bring my 2.00 ECB with me that I had from awhile ago.

I bought - 2 sunlight dish soaps -.88
2 gum toothbrushes -1.99
2 right guard -3.29
Total -12.32 minus- 1.00 Gum Coupon
-3.29 Right Guard
- 1.00 Right guard coupon

Total 6.27 And now I have 3 ECB to use. Quick question can you use a few ECB coupons at one time?? My next hurtle is sneaking in Paper towels that are not individually wrapped. We store them out in the garage so DH thinks we should buy the ones individually wrapped. Yes I know they are more expensive but DH is strange that way. :rolleyes1

It is up to your individual store. But most of mine allow that.

Mine allow as many ECBs as the register will take and if the register beeps, they just force it through like cash.

Sarah- did you try the Firefox? I understand if you don't want to download a program, but my DBF is a major geek:surfweb:  and he put it our computer. It is supposed to be better/ more secure than IE. He prefers I use Firefox, which I don't because I am more familiar with IE and am a slow adopter, but when I need to print a Q I click right over- no problem. It has saved me at least $50 in the last 2 months. It is safe and you can run it simultaneously with IE. Ok- I won't mention it again.:flower3:

My DH also swears by firefox and get irritated I use IE always!

Yep..apparently the limit of 5 was bad info because everyones receipt is coming up limit reached after one. Oh well..thats life!

If you look in the ad it says that the limit is five. I called the 888# and will be getting credit since I bought $21.93. I should get fixed over the next couple days so buy away and call it in if you need to.

:confused3 The St Ives coupon off smartsource say good for one "St Ives Healthy Brilliance". Has anyone seen these products? I was not able to use the coupon on the products they had in store- would not scan. Manager said he never heard of Healthy Brilliance line of St Ives.

I'm glad you got credit for it :goodvibes If you look closely at the ad (and this is the point argued) At the bottom of the page it says *limit 1 referring to all deals - but in the box with only 1 product (can't remember which one) it says limit 5 for that particular item - products are separated with a line. Some say 5 others say 1 for the St. Ives but the CVS computer is programmed for 1 so 1 deal is guaranteed while the other 4 it is up to the individual to argue the point with a manager or customer service. I for one don't need anymore lotion or bodywash so I will not argue it but I will pick up the 1 without a hassle.

Hi Sally!! How goes the battle??!! I need to go to CVS again this week for the monitors and a few other deals. =) I wanna get more of the Burt's Bees stuff!!!

I'm a CVS ECB newbie and I have a question. When you make a purchase with multiple items that will earn you ECB, do they print out individually on the receipt, or in a lump sum? For example, if I purchase different items and all of my ECBs come out to $24, do I get one ECB for $24, or do I get individual ones for each "offer", example - $4, $5, $3, $2, $2, etc...

Does that make sense???

you get individual ones and it will say on it what is is from (ex: from St. Ives deal $5 ECB)
