Cvs 7/19-7/25

your link works for me in IE, lana jae-the other one didn't. however, i've already printed the coupon twice and that must be the limit, b/c it said i'd already reached the max.

The Photo DVD limit has been changed from 5 back to 1. This happened sometime Friday in the test market area as I made more than 1 photo book on 2 different cards both on Wednesday and Thursday.

Do you know how many pictures (or an estimate) could/should be put on the photo DVD?

Bummer. Thanks for the heads up!

Managed to get 1 photo book done today with 2 rainchecks for more. :)

The cashier at one store was telling me about the flea market dealer guy that StitchLovesTink mentioned before - he said that this guy came in the other day and in 3 hours he had made 20 photobooks on 4 cards. :scared1:

I hope there are some school supplies left tomorrow - I need filler paper!

Just did 2 quick runs...got most of the School supplies on each card - got 1 water on each card and 2 nuts and the pantiliners.

off to the beach

Good Day!

Going to get Ali, four cases of water, nuts, all the freebies, batteries an check for some clearance stuff... My store doesn't open until 10...

ETA I had a decent trip. Got the Ali, and added 2 packs of caramel nuts and a case of water to hit the $50 limit, couponed it down to $2.97

The I used my 5/30 to get all the supplies on my card, another case of water, nuts, deodrant and batteries.. Couponed it down to $1.37

Used my card 's big $23.97 to get all the school supplies (but only one pack of pencils), a case of water, 2 nuts and had to throw in a milk... Couponed down to $0.75

The binders were tough to find, I had to ask for help on them, the ad didn't specify what brand and they were in a totally different place

It's a good week to stock up on bandaids and to roll ECB's. I had a ton of $1 bandaid coupons plus a $2 off skin care CRT. Lots of the bandaids were marked for $2.49 or $2.99. Just watch closely because they were NOT ringing up with the sale price.

Thanks for all the help you've all given me - I mostly lurk, but am saving tons of moola thanks to you all!:goodvibes

Got the Ali

Warning about Alli, I started taking it Wed. night I think. Didn't affect me at all, same with Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This morning it hit me with no warning at all, so if you think you have to go, get somewhere real fast. TG I was at home. We went to TGIF last night and I had the prime rib stroganoff and it did warn about cream sauces in the literature, so apparently I was eating properly until last night. I will not be eating any cream sauces ever again!

You sure did great today! I got all the school supplies but the 1" binders didn't give ECBs, went to another store and it was because they were the wrong type, but the first store had over-rode the price to make them $3 thinking something was wrong in the system.

I bought bandaids this morning and they were regular price, I wonder if your store has old sale tags up - if they do, that's good because they have to price adjust them.

I also read on another board that the Johnson & Johnson 99 cent first aid kits (in the travel section) are counting for the deal. There are $1 peelies somewhere for J&J products.

In other deals (NOT CVS), Staples has buy any backpack, get the amount paid back in Staples quarterly rewards (reward card free), starting today. This is an amazing deal, as Jansport and Swiss Gear are included.

Wow, marathon trip today. Too many deals to even post from Rite Aid....tons and tons of stuff there! I broke up my transactions to use mulitple $5/$25 coupons for even better savings!

None of our CVS's got in the free binders. I was also only able to get the pencils on one card. Still did great though....got $10/$50 on both cards plus a $5/$30 email on my DH's card. I had some good CRT's to use today too. I had a $5 Johnson's first aid kit which I used on the $7.99 kit. I did kid bandaids to get over the $10. I also had a $2 Duracell CRT which went through plus the B1G1 Viologgie CRT. I also used the nuts CRT (on the caramel popcorn with peanuts) and the water CRTs. I got so much stuff today, it was just nuts :thumbsup2

What a fabulous day today! The $1 off Band-Aid coupons you may have work on Johnson and Johnson travel kits. This is what I did:

batteries - $1 q
two cases of water
two speed stick - 2 $1.50 q's and $1 CVS q and $2 CVS q
two papemate pens
two memo pads
2 Sobe (BOGO)
6 J&J travel kits - 6 $1 q's
4 regular boxes band aids - 4 $1 q's

Used $5/$30
Used 17.96 ECB
$6.16 OOP
GOT 17.96 ECB (I have no idea how I ended up getting back exactly what I used -- freaky)

I also went to Rite Aid and got 2 packs of Huggies overnights and a card for $15.15 OOP. Used two $3 Huggies q's and the $5/25 q. I need to buy one more pack of Huggies this week to get the $25 gift card and free pack of diapers deal there!

I hit Target, too, and got 40 pack of glue sticks, 2 boxes of red pens, and one Digiorno Flat Bread (free with coupon) for $11.88.

Total cash spending today was $33.19!! :cool1: :cool1: Amazing for what I got!

By the way, I could not find the binders here either. There seems to be some kind of mix-up with those. There weren't any slots on the shelf for 1 inch binders that retail for $3.49. :confused3

Puffkin, did you do the Schick deal at Rite Aid? I ordered q's from ebay and am waiting for them to get here... :cool2:

No, I didn't have enough q's to make the deal work out. But I had an awesome month at Rite Aid otherwise so can't complain:goodvibes

For those who couldn't find binders, check your seasonal back-to-school aisle. There was no spot for those binders in the stationery section (where all the other stuff was) but there was a wide selection of the right binders in the seasonal aisle. YMMV as I didn't see them at all at the first store though.

I've completely run out of pictures to compile into Kodak stuff. The photo DVD I made today is 35 random pictures of my cats! :rotfl:

I forgot to add: I never even get the nut CRT's. Everyone gets the nut CRT's! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I get the Nuts CRT's - but that's about it!!!! I would love some CRT's for actual products. I'm tired of $1 off CVS paper towels and bottled water!!!

Go online next time and get random pictures of birds to make a movie DVD for your cats, I've done this before for my cat, she loves it, she will sit through the entire thing.

______

NOTE: The binders are called Alumni and have a shield on them. They aren't very good, so if your store is substituting and manually printing the extra bucks for the Avery (reg. $5.49), they are much better.

I found 5 $1 coupons for any J&J product in the 5-17-09 Red Plum and I had a $1 Bandaid coupon so I bought 5 of the 99 cent first aid kits (in the trial section) and a $4.99 blister bandaids box (I had 28 cents carry-over from the first J&J/Neosporin/Bandaid deal, so it didn't matter that I was under $10). None of the coupons beeped, so the overage applied to the bandaids too, they must be coded the same.

$4.95 Five First Aid kits
4.99 Blister Bandaids
-6.00 mfgs.
$3.94 (earned $5)
+.06 carry-over from first transaction (can do this deal 5 times)

DH was making a run to lowe's so i asked him to stop at CVS for the kotex and sent my card, coupons and ECB along...i can't wait to see what he comes back with...ROFL
