Cuttlebug Question: What kind of paper "embosses" best?

Just bought my first scrapbooking toy! Now I'm wondering, is there any certain kind of paper that pops up better with the embossing dies? I would guess that stiffer paper does better, but maybe not?

I just got one not to long ago and so far only have a few embossing folders. I have used Stampin' up and Bazzil cardstock with great results.

Depending on the die, I like DCWV paper because it's white core so that white comes out when you emboss.
