I just received these in the mail yesterday & they are so cute! They are velvet & sparkly! I needed something dressy for a Christmas party - but, really did not want to wear pumps. I did buy some really cute 3" shoes and ended up returning them after wearing them for 5 minutes at home and my feet went numb
The party is business casual - semi-formal and I don't want to overdress and wanted a flashy flat shoe to wear with black pants. I'm sure you all have been to evening/office holiday parties and you always see a few that are wayyyyy over dressed as well as a handful that show up in jeans.
Anyway - I got 10% off the 29.99 and free shipping when I bought the shoes. It's nice to get a pair of shoes for a semi-formal event and not spend a fortune on them and know that I will wear them more than once.
