I had the same problem. Disney's online communication team contacted me. they had me go to http://register.go.com/go/memberservices/home
The problem was that I had to add my mailing address into my info in order for the order maps option to appear. Hope this helps and that you can get your maps ordered.

Thank you so much! That was my problem. I had received an email from someone at Disney, but what they suggested didn't fix the problem. But this did. It's really strange though, because my address was entered properly on the WDW website.

Can the maps be ordered to be delivered to your resort? I live in Canada and thought maybe I could have them at the resort for when we arrive.
