Customised Menu? Can you help?

Hello,

We are thinking of having a reception in Living Seas Saloon. Im not sure if i want to have a sit down plated meal or a buffet style meal. Anyways, i dont think that matters, but what i would like help with, because everyone on here is soo soo helpful, is where can i find menus to find foods that i want to choose from?

I want some chicken dishes. ... as my favourite is hunters chicken (smothered chicken) and bourbon chicken. I was just wondering if they had such dishes on thier Disney menus?

Please can you post links or photos of menus that could help me think up a menu for the reception - either for a buffet or a plated sit down meal.

You can always provide a receipe and have them recreate it.
