Does anyone have a customer services telephone number for Disney.....or an email address.......also if you were giving your telephone number to someone in Florida to ring you back what is the prefix .... I think that it is +44 ...but how would you say '+' (plus?)

from the usa, it should be 011 (usa dialling out code) 44 (uk dialling in code) then your number (minus the first zero)

not sure on the disney number, hopefully someone will come along soon....

Karentan's info re. telephone numbers is correct.


Hopefully I can help with the other contact details. It seems to depend what your correspondence relates to. I initially used the Contact Us link on the US website. My email was basically copying correspondence I had issued to Disney UK and I wanted to bring matters to their attention regarding issues I had with my Dinsey package booking.

This is the reply I received:

We ask that all correspondence for the Walt Disney World Resort be
directed to the following e-mail address:

From the above you it appears that the link on the website is for general Disney emails, i.e. not specific queries.

I usually send my correspondence by email and post. Post is slower to and from the US so you need to give at least four weeks before following up. Shout if you need any further info.

As for the customer services info I will file it for further use if required. The query I had I finally managed to resolve a couple of minutes ago.....I eventually managed to get through to a number I'd been given earlier

Are you after Disney in the UK or the USA? If it's the USA I think someone has answered. If it's UK you can call the switchboard on 0208 222 1000 and ask for the department you want. Disney Guest Relations UK I can give you but they deal more with the stores I believe...but they might give you a different number. They are 02082223333.
